Hi everyone,
My name is Benjamin Weinmann from year 9, Mount Scopus Memorial
College and I will be going on the Elcho Island cultural exchange program in
2012. I am very excited to be part of this trip and not sure what to expect
when I get to the island. I’m looking forward to bonding with the Aboriginal people and
the children and will be participating in many activities with them such as sports,
dance and art. This will be a fantastic experience to learn more about
different cultures and the way others live. It will be an eye opener!
