Hi, my name is Emily Klooger; I am a Mount Scopus year, 9 student. I have chosen to go on the Elcho Island cultural exchange because I would like to make a connection with other Australian children outside of my community. I am overly excited to meet and spend time with the Indigenous community of Elcho Island. It was highly beneficial when Sam Rotberge came to talk to us and informed us on what to expect. I cannot wait to go on this life changing trip and to experience Elcho Island through my own eyes.
